Information you share
Enquiry forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, business name, phone number and project description. Depending on the form, you may also share your website, budget, preferred timing and requested services. Booking audit forms also ask about your booking model, approximate booking volume and current platform. These requests may include campaign parameters from the page URL and the referring website’s origin to help us understand how the enquiry reached us. Required fields are marked on the form. Optional details help us understand your request; you can leave them blank. Please avoid including sensitive personal information about yourself or other people in a project brief.
How we use enquiry information
We use your details to review your request, contact you, discuss possible work and manage follow-up. Where you ask us to consider providing a service, this includes taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other business correspondence, our purpose is the legitimate interest of responding to and managing business enquiries. This form does not sign you up to a newsletter or make a decision about you automatically.
Where your brief goes
Website enquiries are saved in CheetahNova’s lead management system, where access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised administrators. Service providers that operate our website, database and communications services may process information as part of delivering those services. A brief submitted on the service business websites page goes to CheetahNova; it is not sent to the Sofa N More example website.
Keeping and reviewing records
We retain enquiry records for reviewing and following up your request, managing any resulting work and keeping relevant business correspondence. These purposes determine how long a record is needed. The enquiry system does not automatically delete records after a fixed period. You can contact us to ask for your enquiry to be reviewed or removed.
Website measurement
The website uses Google Analytics. For service website briefs and booking audit requests, a confirmation event is sent after the request has been saved and the confirmation is displayed. That event contains a service identifier; it does not contain your name, email address, phone number, message or uploaded-file URLs. Analytics services may also process cookies and technical information about your visit according to their configuration. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete enquiry information, or raise an objection or ask us to restrict its use. Rights such as data portability may also apply depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Send requests or concerns to info@cheetahnova.com. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing a record. You can also raise a data protection concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
